March has some pretty spectacular releases! My most anticipated release this year is The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner. I've already pre-ordered a couple of these books from my local bookstore and I can't wait to get them!

Still plugging away at The Hobbit, and about 30 other books it feels like. I think I need to actually start setting time aside (and setting timers) for when I’m going to read. I usually just end up on here watching Reels for hours instead of reading. 🤦‍♀️ It’s time for me to be held accountable and to get back into reading.

Happy Sunday! Today I decided to highlight my Lord of the Rings collection. Some of these books I inherited from my dad, others I recently bought. I picked up the three bookmarks and the very worn movie poster Fellowship book back in 2004/2005 from the Scholastic book fair that was at my elementary school. I’m so happy with this collection, and I’m tempted to add more items to it.

In light of everything happening in Canada right now, I will be reading more Indigenous books this month, and every month. I should have been doing this easy sooner and that’s my mistake. Every month I’ll be aiming to read at LEAST one book by an indigenous author.

As some of you know I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan, which is one of the reasons why I volunteer at MuggleNet on their content team. (I get to use HTML AND I get to geek out over Harry Potter) They are ALWAYS looking for more people to join the team (head over to their website/Insta to check out the positions).
