WWW Wednesday//March 30, 2021

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

📚 The Passengers You Cannot See by The Behrg – I got this from NetGalley a while back so I’m working on going through all the eARCs there. It’s a bunch of short stories, and I can read them at my own pace when other books are dragging, or I need a change in genre.

📚 Kaikeyi by Vaishnavi Patel – Why do I always enjoy books more in the first half than in the second? This feels… very segmented and episodic. Not that it’s a bad thing. I think I just need to be in the right mind frame to finish this book.

📚 What Strange Paradise by Omar El Akkad – I JUST started this book and already the writing is breathtaking. Hopefully, I can finish the book today or tomorrow.

📚 Gilded by Marissa Meyer – The first half was great, I really enjoyed it… And then it got repetitive and I STRUGGLED to finish this. I’ll be posting a more detailed review soon…ish.

📚 Finally getting back to my Canada Reads list – Washington Black by Esi Edugyan is on deck. .. I WILL FINISH THIS BOOK I SWEAR!

What are you reading this week?
