WWW Wednesday//March 23, 2021

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

📚 The Passengers You Cannot See by The Behrg – I got this from NetGalley a while back so I’m working on going through all the eARCs there. It’s a bunch of short stories, and I can read them at my own pace when other books are dragging, or I need a change in genre.

📚 Gilded by Marissa Meyer – I forgot how much I enjoyed fairy tale retellings. I’m not yet halfway through and I’m really enjoying this one so far.

📚 Kaikeyi by Vaishnavi Patel – This book is… so good. I love seeing how Kaikeyi grows as a character and as a woman. It’s very much about her taking control of her own life and making her own choices. I can tell that this might be one of my favourite books I read this year. This is an eARC I received from NetGalley and won’t be out until April 26.

📚 The Starless Crown by James Rollins – This book was SO GOOD! I think one of the best fantasy books I’ve read in a while. It’s the first book in a series, now I just have to wait for the second book to come out…

📚 Finally getting back to my Canada Reads list – Washington Black by Esi Edugyan is on deck.

What are you reading this week?
