WWW Wednesday//October 20, 2021

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

📚 The Girl Who Lost Her Shadow by Emily Ilett – It’s a middle-grade novel, and so far it’s been a super quick read.

📚 The Memory Collectors by Kim Neville – I love this book. Like a lot. I’m not even halfway through and I love it. This one I’m reading on my Kindle for when I commute into work, so it’s taking some time to read it.

📚 Hostage by Clare Mackintosh – I saw this literally all over my Instagram so of course I have to read it in October for Spooky Season!

📚 White Smoke by Tiffany D. Jackson – I am LOVING this SO MUCH. It’s written so incredibly well, and I want to savour it so I’m trying to read this as slowly as possible!

📚 90s Days of Different by Eric Walters – It was a cute book, I found the characters to be rather annoying and not really fleshed out at times, but this is also a middle-grade book. I do enjoy reading books by Eric Walters – I grew up with his books and I will always read something by him.

📚The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh- I got this one to review for MuggleNet, and I’ve been meaning to read these books for a while now!

What are you reading this week?

    1. I read the first book in that trilogy! It actually features around my neighbourhood, so I knew the places he was talking about in the first book. (I think he also used to live around me, or maybe that was Kenneth Oppel…)

THAT IS SO COOL! My mom is a library-technician at different elementary schools and she met him when he did a school visit and got me a signed bookmark that I still have!
