WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. It’s a meme that takes place every Wednesday, where the posters discuss 3 Ws:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?

📚 The Girl Who Lost Her Shadow by Emily Ilett – It’s a middle-grade novel, and so far it’s been a super quick read.
📚 90s Days of Different by Eric Walters – This is a palette cleanser once I start getting into my thrillers for this month! I need something lighter to read between thrillers.
📚 The Memory Collectors by Kim Neville – I love this book. Like a lot. I’m not even halfway through and I love it. This one I’m reading on my Kindle for when I commute into work, so it’s taking some time to read it.
📚 Hostage by Clare Mackintosh – I saw this literally all over my Bookstagram (now over at @kozyupwithkaitlyn) so of course I have to read it in October for Spooky Season!

📚 The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien. I forgot how ling it takes Frodo to ACTUALLY leave the Shire. It alao took me a long time to get used to Tolkien’s writing style, but once I did i waa flying theough thw book. Tomorrow I’m going to start on Two Towers!
📚 Lost at Sea by Erica Boyce – I’m still not 100% sure how I feel about this novel. It was good, just not what I was expecting. I also quickly forgot about this shortly after I finished it so there’s that.
📚 Hench by Natalie Zina Walschots – So. Good. I’m still shocked that this book didn’t win Canada Reads, it’s such a strong book. 100% different than any other book I’ve read thus far. If you like villains, superheroes, and henches, read this book.
📚 The Haunting of Leigh Harker by – Oh my god… I was terrified the first 25% of this book, and then it all made sense! I’m not a huge fan of horror, but this one… So good.
📚 Under the Whispering Door by T.J. Klune – I absolutely loved this book. It was witty, and heart-wrenching all at the same time. I laughed and cried my way through this book.

📚 White Smoke by Tiffany Jackson – I need a good YA ghost story for this year.
📚The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh- I got this one to review for MuggleNet, and I’ve been meaning to read these books for a while now!
What are you reading this week?
I can’t wait to read Hench! Glad you loved it! 😊

It was so good! By far the most interesting books from this year’s Canada Reads! (I couldn’t get into the rest of them, unfortunately)
