📚 Pretty Little Wife by Darby Kane – I’ve now decided to go into books blind. I don’t remember why I wanted to read this one so it will be a surprise!
📚 Sweet and Bitter Magic by Adrienne Tooley – This was a really good book! I don’t know why I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did.
📚 Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan – It all came back to me! I actually skipped a few parts that I remembered. Now I need the second book in this series! I didn’t read the rest of these series.
📚 A Court of Thorn and Roses – Sarah J Maas has been all over my Instagram so let’s give into the hype.

I have a monthly TBR stack with five books or so that I want to read, and then from that stack, I choose one at random to read. I just stopped reading the synopsis on the back (or the inside flap) of books right before I pick them up to read. I always have a general idea of what the book is about based on why I added it to my stack to begin with, but I never read the synopsis before picking it up.

I have also started going into books blind recently – I think in too many instances, blurbs give away too much info or mislead you into thinking a book will be about something it’s not! I think not reading the blurb (or at least, not reading it too soon before I start the book) means I tend to enjoy them more.

I LOVE Percy Jackson books!!! Ahhh!!! And I am soo excited for you to read the acotar series. I hope you like it. Personally I prefer the throne of glass series but this is great! And hey I just found your blog! It’s soo adorable 🥰
